Jaala

Finally! Its time to introduce my first ever male OC.
I'd like you to meet my kitty uke Jaala.


And boy has his cuteness taken over my head since I drew and designed him.

Some information about my kitten.

Jaala is a nekomata. (obviously ) He was abandoned as a small child by his parents because his powers were out of control and they were more concern with saving their own skin then their son's. His small body couldn't handle the power surges and began to eat him up for the inside out.
Close to death, Jaala is discovered by another, much older nekomata called Aaryan. Aaryan, being powerful himself, is able to go near and bind Jaala's power so that it stops eating the young boy alive. But although he is powerful, Aaryan unskilled and discovers the binding comes undone if he goes too far away from the young Jaala. Hence over the next several years he cares for the boy while trying to discover ways to help them both control there magic.
He's 'helped' in this by the angel Maia. Though Maia's help often leads to more trouble for Aaryan then any actual benefit. lol
Jaala is quiet and mistrustful at first after his abandonment, but he soon learns to trust Maia and Aaryan, enjoying joining in Maia's mischief and hero worshipping Aaryan for rescuing him and raising him.
As Jaala grows older, his hero worship for Aaryan turns into deeper feelings, though it takes some time for the young boy to fully realise.
Aaryan eventually is able to bind Jaala's still out of control magic with a band around one wrist. The spell on it does need to be recharged but can last for months and Aaryan is able to leave Jaala in a secret neko village (yes I know that sounds corny but I'm still working on it! ) were Jaala is know spending his years. He is treated as a outcast by most of the village for being a outsider and for being with the 'marked' Aaryan. It becomes apparent that the reason Jaala is being allowed to stay is because the villages are scared of Aaryan and Maia. (Maia 'protects' the village a long with many others, but she is well known for having a fiery temper) Jaala spends most of his time out side the village waiting for Aaryan to come back, as he knows he always does.

There is a lot of things Jaala doesn't know about. Especially concerning Aaryan. Things that will be discovered in due time.
Many dark things...

When Jaala realised the depth of his feelings for Aaryan, he is determined to get his man, as it were. Even if said man is completely and utterly clueless about the whole thing. lol
(Aaryan is smart but quite oblivious to things that involve emotions and especially anything sexual in nature, which leads to some very interesting moments with Jaala doing everything he can to make things absolutely clear to Aaryan. lol While Maia helps and laughs over the whole thing)

Jaala, despite his past, Jaala is extremely optimistic and playful in nature. Never usually letting things get him down. When he knows what he wants he will go for it with all his heart. (sorry Aaryan, your pretty sunk lol) At the same time he is extremely protective of those he cares about and won't stand for anyone bad mouthing those he loves. He also has a bit of a fierce side as Brash (a village nekomata who has a crush on Jaala and who isn't against using underhanded tactics to get what he wants) soon discovers when he pushes Jaala too far. Jaala may look cute and innocent (and is in many ways) but my kitty has claws and isn't afraid to use them~

(right now the only thing he wants is for me to hurry the hell up and design and draw Aaryan already Jaala really does know what he wants )
